1. Digital Gap: Since the parents do not own computers, the children missed two years of education due to Covid

2. There were no mentors at home or in the village during or post-Covid

3. Children suffered from various psychological issues post-Covid

4. Children is more remote villages have no public or shared transportation to reach the school. Need more transportation options.

5. English remains a major gap which must be made up by rural children 

6. The school desperately needs to hire more teachers to bridge the gaps

7. The school needs a new building to support the current and immediate requirements 

8. The library is inadequate

9. The computer lab is not connected to the Internet

10. There is one lab with one cupboard for Physics, Chemistry and Biology 

11. The Activity Room needs to be upgraded

12. The Athletic fields and facilities need to be upgraded

 1. Established a new Library with over 5000 books, instituted the Best Reader Prize. Planning a Reading and Book Discussion group to improved student's communication skills 

2. Launched a new Martial Arts Program with a nationally recognized coach to help build student's confidence. The School team is participating in district and state championships

3. Health Camp to monitor the general health, vision, hearing, speech and dental health of all students

4. Annual Sports Day organized by the SJBHS-77 Batch included several structured competitions and SJBHS-77 alumni sponsored Shields and Cups for individual and team winners, to boost student confidence

5. Outdoor Gym, Learning Disabilities Day, Teacher Training and Student Awareness sessions were orchestrated by the SJBHS-77 Batch
