The solar panels at St Joseph’s School, Pandithahalli reflect a commitment to sustainability, innovation, and clean energy. By generating renewable electricity, the project helps reduce energy costs and dependence on conventional power sources. As part of the Karnataka Jesuit Educational Society’s Green Energy Program, this pilot initiative also creates opportunities for students to learn about renewable energy, climate responsibility, and environmental stewardship while building a greener future for the community.
Learn for Life Foundation is proud to open the Fr. Peter Pinto Science Lab and the Loyola Technology Center (LTC) at St. Joseph School (SJS) Pandithahalli, where students are encouraged to explore, experiment, and innovate through practical learning experiences. From hands-on experiments in the science lab to digital learning and skill development at LTC, students are gaining the confidence and knowledge needed for the future. The continued support of the 77ers and well-wishers has helped strengthen these learning spaces, inspiring curiosity, creativity, and innovation among young learners.
Learn for Life Foundation partnered with Sunbird Trust to fund the construction of the Asinei Children's Hostel, a modern, durable dormitory for the students of Chingjaroi Village, Manipur. Now, these students no longer have to walk a long, treacherous route to school from their remote villages. They have a safe home away from home where they can study, grow, and dream.
